Ordering

We offer screen printing, DTF, sublimation, embroidery, tackle twill, and more. Not sure what’s best for your project? Our team will guide you based on your needs and intended use.

Send us your order details. We’ll then provide a quote and a digital proof for your review. Once the proof is made and payment is made, we begin production. You’ll get notified when it’s ready for pickup or shipping.

Our order minimum is 12 pieces. While we can accommodate lower quantities, it may not be the most cost-effective option. Ask us for a custom quote here!

Our standard turnaround time is about 10 business days after proof approval and payment. Rush service is available – contact us for current lead times here

Yes! Every order includes a digital proof for your review and approval, so that the final product meets your expectations. Printed or blank samples are available for an additional fee.

We accept vectorized images & logos in these formats:

  • Adobe Illlustrator (.ai)
  • Encapsulated PostScript (.eps)
  • Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg)
  • Portable Document Format (.pdf) (if created in a vector program)

All fonts should be converted into outlines and make sure the artwork does not include any embedded raster images.

Don’t have vector art? No worries – we can vectorize it for a small fee.

Most certainly! We can assist with creating basic artwork or making small modifications to existing designs. Just let us know your idea, and we’ll collaborate to bring it to life.

Printing & Pricing

Pricing depends on garment type, quantity, print locations, number of colors, decoration method, design work, and extras like folding/bagging. Call us for your unique quote, or fill out our Quote Form for more details.

We offer multiple payment options to accommodate your preference and convenience. You can pay for your order using purchase orders, checks, or card payments.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a Sales Order confirmation with a secure payment link for your convenience.

Yes! Pickup is free at our San Leandro warehouse (Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm). We also offer San Francisco Bay Area delivery and nationwide shipping for a minimal fee.

Customer-supplied garments

Yes! We need the brand/style number or clear photos of the items. You’re also welcome to stop by our San Leandro warehouse and show us in person.

Absolutely. Please include a full item list with the quantities you are sending.

Make sure the boxes are labeled with your name and order information. Tracking details are helpful, too.
